Cancellation Policy

Taxi Service Booking Policy Booking All rides must be booked in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or our online platform. Accurate information regarding pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, number of passengers, and luggage must be provided. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled ride are free of charge. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup will incur a $20 USD cancellation fee. Waiting Time The first 5 minutes of waiting at the pickup location are complimentary. Beyond the initial 5 minutes, a $5 USD fee will be applied for every additional 5 minutes of waiting. Airport Pickup For airport transfers, a driver will always meet the passenger with a name sign. If an alternative taxi service is used by the passenger, no refund will be provided. General Terms Passengers are requested to be ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid delays and additional charges. Drivers reserve the right to cancel a ride if the passenger is unresponsive or significantly late.
